BURS Business Entity Bp Batam is a health service institution and Technical Implementation Unit under the legal auspices of the Batam Entrepreneurial Agency, which will always develop dynamically and change in accordance with its functions and duties following the challenges and developments of the world of technology and health. In this case, the Hospital Business Entity tries to anticipate any changes and demands for the need to improve health services for the public and service users in the health sector, especially related to improving the quality of health services related to the use of advanced (latest) technology in the field of medicine and is affordable by the public. The performance achievements in 2021 for the achievements in improving services to the community based on surveys conducted by external parties achieved patient satisfaction of 90.48 with a target of 88.50. Internal Business Process efforts to improve services have been carried out by adding Laboratory services, Cardiac Ablation, ESWL, Mamography, improving inpatient and road services by adding mental care services and MCU. This result will evaluate, analyze and assess the potential for increasing the income of the Batam Entrepreneurial Agency Hospital Business Entity by mitigating risks based on the COSO-ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) standard and applying this method to increase service volume and increase the income of the Batam Entrepreneurial Agency Hospital Business Entity with changes proposing tariff values. This result is beneficial to governments and practitioners. The author also recommends to BP Batam to increase the number of services and service facilities to the community that use health services and of course will have an impact on increasing income.
