This drilling was carried out to maintain and increase the production level of the Rokan WK, which is one of the largest Oil and Gas WKs in Indonesia. This condition, of course, requires a large number of skilled workers. With these conditions, the surrounding community wants to take part in contributing, such as being a workforce, both in PHR and PHR sub-contracts. If this is not fulfilled, then problems will arise around the company's operations such as crime. In addition, according to the Riau Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the open unemployment rate (TPT) in February 2021 increased by 0.04% from the previous year, which was 4.92% in February 2020. The biggest contributor was high school/vocational high school graduates with a score of 7.13%. This needs to be a concern because in 2035 Riau Province will experience a demographic bonus. The percentage of productive age in Riau Province in 2035 is 69.3%. If this is not considered, there will be a significant increase in unemployment. PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan through the Social Performance division has implemented training and certification programs for the community, especially the local community around the company's operations. This TJSL program is called Suluh 2021, in bahasa Program Sinergi dalam Upaya Melanjutkan Harapan Masyarakat Riau. The hope of this activity is that the beneficiaries can compete in the world of work competently. In carrying out this program, PHR applies the Penta Helix collaboration to implement innovative, valuable, and beneficial programs for the community. The Suluh 2021 program is going well. From a total of 1653 registrants, 50 participants were obtained, and all participants passed the certification. This means that all participants can be competitive in the world of work through the skills and certifications that have been obtained. In the implementation of this CSR program, obstacles and problems cannot be avoided. PHR has tried optimally to minimize these obstacles and problems. However, there is a problem, namely the lack of sustainability of the program. Through this study, the authors propose programs that can be considered by PHR. The program is an integration program of training and certification with a work internship program. text |
