Summary:Strategic management is the art and knowledge of formulating, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that enable an organization to achieve its goals. Strategic management focuses on efforts to integrate management, marketing, finance or accounting, production or operations, research and development, and computer information systems to achieve organizational success. The method carried out in this study is qualitative analysis. There are limitations to this research due to the absence of acceptable data supporting Sharing Vision. Therefore, exploration studies carry out as the purpose of this research. Thus, qualitative research fulfils the desire of researchers to get an overview/explanation and help get a more profound answer (Sofaer, 1999). In recent years, sharing vision has decreased in several sectors of training, workshops, and certification programs, where it plays a vital role in boosting income for this Sharing Vision consultant. It must mitigate one of the essential factors that are very important to prevent something like this from happening in the future. The estimated cost estimates required to implement the strategy and work schedule provide the time for processing needed details. The timeline for implementing this study's system can see in the table below. Schedule planning carries several stages of implementation. The implementation of the first strategy is to design and plan what training programs, workshops, and IT certifications will display through social media.
