Summary:The Creative Digital Office building in South Jakarta, as the center of digital economy activity, is a building consists of 6 stories and 1 basement that build to support digital economy growth in Indonesia. This final project aims to design a foundation system that bears and transfers load combination from the superstructure, and a temporary retaining wall that protect slope stability during excavation process. Sheet pile temporary retaining wall with strutting system designed for elevation of base excavation at 5,35 metres below ground surface. In this design, analysis of excavation stability and wall deflection was conducted with PLAXIS 2D software and soil hardening model. Concluded from the design results, the dimension of sheet pile is 500 mm of effective width, 225 mm of effective height, and tip elevation at 17,4 metres. H-beam is used for strut and waller beam with 300×300 mm of dimension. During the excavation process, dewatering designed with two sump pits and total discharge is 49.15 litres/minute. Bored pile foundation system designed with 1 metre of diameter and tip elevation at 18–19 metres from ground surface. In this design, analysis of single and group piles axial bearing capacity, single pile lateral capacity using LPILE software, group piles lateral capacity using Ensoft GROUP, and settlement was conducted. Concluded from the design result, single pile, 2×2 piles (4 and 5 piles), 3×2 piles (6 piles), and 18×7 piles (126 piles) are used.
