The film industry, specifically in Indonesia’s capital, DKI Jakarta, has been actively growing, playing a big part in the national economy. The industry’s need for space to grow continues to increase. One of the projects focused on fulfilling this need is the Grand Theater Cinema of Senen, which functions as a platform and bridge within the community of filmmakers and film enthuasiasts. The Grand Theater Cinema of Senen is a multifunctional commercial area, equipped with a theater, library, gallery, and workshop. The building is 12,5 meters tall, consisting of a three-story main structure and an additional two-floor basement. This final project in the field of Construction Engineering Management aims to plan a method of implementation for building construction, a project schedule, and cost estimation needed to deliver the project on target. The planning includes construction implementation methods, work volume calculations, labor & heavy equipment productivity, labor allocations, duration calculations, project schedule determination, and estimation of construction costs consisting of direct and indirect costs.
