INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/67932 Kartini MRT Station is an MRT station which is located on the west side of Fatmawati MRT Station, which construction plan was initiated due to high social and economic growth in area around R.A Kartini and TB. Simatupang. As a newly designed station, the station has to be designed within various aspects, including transportation aspect. The transportation design consists of ridership demand forecasts, passenger and vehicle circulation and access at the station design and feasibility evaluation. Ridership demand in Kartini MRT Station is forecasted for operating year in 2027 and planning year in 2045 using regression method based on the land use around existing MRT station as independent variable. Based on calculation, the ridership in the year of 2027 estimated to reach 22.149 passengers per day and 1929 passengers per hour on the peak hour, on 18.00 to 19.00. In the 2045, the ridership is estimated to reach 44.253 passenger per day and 5219 passenger per hour on the peak hour. Passenger flow is evaluated on the three main access door, thirteen automatic ticket gates, corridors at the Intermediate and Concourse floor, stairs and escalators, and at the waiting areas at the platform floor. With model and simulation’s result from Vissim/Viswalk, passenger flow at those areas can be evaluated for the operating year in 2027 and planning year in 2045. Passenger flow evaluated based on Fruin’s pedestrian level of service and station design standard for pedestrian. The passenger flow at the station in the operating year 2027 and the plan year 2045 are in a good condition with varying levels of service at level A to C, although in 2045 there is a decrease, especially in the ticket area. The entry and exit of passengers with light vehicle modes is designed in the four PUDO areas. PUDO’s performance in 2027 has good service level with maximum capacity ratio 0,60 and 40 second average delay. Meanwhile, in the plan year, the ratio of demand and capacity reaches 1.27 with an average delay of 92 seconds. PUDO conditions in the plan year require improvement, such as, PUDO capacity increase, PUDO bus special area addition, restriction vehicle downtime, and the development of stations as transit oriented development (TOD) area. Besides transportation planning, a construction cost for structural, geotechnical, and transportation engineering are also calculated using Unit Cost Analysis. The construction costs for those works are estimated at Rp. 108.708.766.442. text
