Summary: | Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the productive age
group in the world. But most of them have an unemployment status due to the
competitiveness of the world of work. Thus, high school/vocational graduates have
not been able to meet the required workforce competencies.
In this final project, we will discuss the design of Industrial-based Automotive
Vocational Schools in Bekasi. This design aims to improve the quality and
competence of local workers, especially in the industrial world in Bekasi through
revitalizing the system and facilities for Industrial-based Vocational Education.
This project consists of preparatory work, substructure, concrete superstructure,
roof structure, and bridge superstructure. Each of these jobs has more specific subjobs
to facilitate the implementation of construction. This project runs for 185
calendar days and 159 working days with the direct cost amounting to Rp
34.672.911.443. The indirect cost is Rp 6.927.303.648. The total value of the
project’s Implementation Budget Plan is Rp 41.600.215.090. Meanwhile, the
Project Budget Plan is worth Rp 48.161.958.000.
