The fast-track is part of the Transfer Hub Building, the track connects Mangarai Station and Manggarai Terminal. This track is at an altitude of 6.5 meters above ground level. The fast-track consists of 2 structures, namely the main structure and the pedestrian bridge. The main structure of the fast track is 8 meters wide and up to 128 meters long which is divided into 16 identical segments. This main structure uses reinforced concrete as the main structure and uses steel for the roof. Meanwhile the pedestrian bridge structure has a span of 20 meters and a width of 4 meters which is supported by 3 columns at each end. This structure uses steel as the main structure and concrete bon deck as the slab. In this Final Project, both structures will be designed for structural aspects starting from structural design criteria, structural modeling using ETABS software, structural analysis, detailing structural elements, and construction management aspects including work breakdown structure (WBS), analysis of existing field conditions, construction implementation methods, analysis of work unit prices, the volume of work, scheduling, and estimation of construction costs. In addition, this final project also discusses pedestrian circulation in the Transfer Hub Building. There will be an analysis and evaluation of the performance of the architectural design on pedestrian movement using VISSIM/VISWALK software. The reference standard used to evaluate the performance of pedestrian movement is based on the Planning Criteria and Levels of Service from the Station Planning Standards and Guidelines which refers to the Fruin Level of Service. Later after the evaluation, an analysis will be carried out to obtain alternative solutions or suggestions so that the performance of pedestrian movement circulation will be smoother. text |
