الملخص:Hoya Fields is a fashion brand from Bandung that was founded in 2015 under the auspices of PT. Hoya Nirvana Asia. Hoya Fields sells a variety of apparel sold domestically and abroad. In this study, there is a problem with opportunity loss, namely a situation where Hoya Fields cannot provide stock when there is product demand. In general, business processes are carried out by purchasing products from vendors. After analyzing the root cause of the problem, it is caused by the absence of forecasting calculations by doing a moving average and the inventory method is carried out with ABC analysis, then to find a solution to this problem, AHP analysis is carried out where the result is to implement forecasting and inventory management. The results of the implementation show that the gap is large enough to increase income by 22%.
