Summary:Creative Digital Office in South Jakarta combines office functions as the main activity and supported by a commercial area as a space for the main interaction between office users and visitors. The building designed to have 6 main floors and 1 basement as a parking area. This building has a transfer floor on the 3rd floor as a consequence of the discontinuity of the columns on the 4th floor. This building will be designed using a lateral force resisting structure system with a shear wall as a double system, combining special moment resisting frame (SRPMK) and a special structural walls. The design of the building will refer to SNI 1726:2019 in the analysis of earthquake-resistant structures, SNI 2847:2019 in the process of reinforcing structural elements, and SNI 1727:2020 for design loads standard. The structure will be modeled using the ETABS program, as well as supporting programs such as CSI SAFE and spColumn.
