Mixed-use building is a building with multi-function concept, this building consist of several functions that are integrated with each other and directly connected. Bogor regency has population of 10.4 million people in 2020, it caused very limited land use in Bogor Regency. The used of the multipurpose building concept is one of solution for limited residential, business, and recreational areas in the densely populated Bogor Regency. The design of mixed-use building uses the applicable standards in Indonesia, namely the Standar Nasional Indonesia which is the reference in structural design, SNI 1726:2019 for earthquake resistant building design and structural analysis, SNI 1727:2018 for structural loading standards, and SNI 2847:2019 for reinforcement design and detailing of structural elements. This kind of building is classified in the seismic design category D according to the soil category and earthquake acceleration data around the building site. So that the earthquake resistance system used is a dual system consisting of a special moment resisting frame system and a special structural wall system. Structural calculations are done manually with the help of ETABS software for structural modeling, SpColumn for modeling and detailing of column reinforcement and for detailing shear wall reinforcement, and SAFE for detailing plate reinforcement.
