Summary:Housing has a considerable impact on humans and the environment. Residential design is the key to achieving a more sustainable future. Developing a detailed description of the construction engineering management planning for The Grid Apartment in Gedebage, Bandung City, is one of the means to achieve the goal. This study aims to plan the construction method, calculate the overall project cost, and create scheduling for The Grid Gedebage Apartment. The planned aspects include work breakdown structure, site plan, construction implementation methods, K3 planning, bill of quantity, project schedule making, analysis of work unit prices, cost budget plans, and conduct S curve. Based on the analysis and data processing, the project cost is Rp. 150,367,229,675 with a cost per unit area of Rp. 7,083,939/m2. The construction of this building will take 506 calendar days, starting from January 9, 2023, and ending on May 28, 2024. This research can be used as a consideration when carrying out the construction of vertical housing in Gedebage, Bandung.
