This building is an accessible hub that not only connects transportation, but also connects people. In accordance with its location, this Hub building is known as the Kebon Kawung Accessible Hub. The project location has soft soil characteristics with high earthquake acceleration so that the project location is categorized in Seismic Design Category D. The project consists of four floors and one roof floor which all use reinforced concrete structures with concrete work and steel reinforcing conducted at the project site. The structure is modeled using ETABS and is designed to comply with SNI 1726:2019 for the design of earthquake-resistant buildings, SNI 1727:2020 for the minimum load on the building, and SNI 2847:2019 for the design of reinforced concrete buildings. The structure was analyzed using response spectra analysis. The structural system used in the structure is a dual system in the form of a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) and a Special Structural Wall System (SSWS). The results of the structural design are structural analysis and detailed engineering design of earthquake-resistant structural elements in the form of beams, columns, plates, and shear walls. text
