Summary: | The final project of the design of Transfer Hub structure in the Manggarai Station area aims to design the building structure and roof in the revitalization project in Manggarai Station Area. The Manggarai Station area is located in Tebet District, South Jakarta City. The area of the Manggarai Station is above ground with a soft soil classification (SE) and is above ground which allows it to occur with a high enough seismic acceleration so that the revitalization project is classified as Seismic Design Category D. The project consists of 15 floors in the form of a commercial floor (4 floors) and an apartment area (5-15 floors) using reinforced concrete material. The roof used in this project is portal roof and space truss using steel material. Manggarai Station Area project is categorized as Risk Category III. The Transfer Hub Structture design is modeled using ETABS software that refers to SNI 1726:2019 for earthquake-resistant buildings design, SNI 1727:2020 for non-Earthquake loads, SNI 1729:2020 for steel structures design on the roof frame, and SNI 2847:2019 for reinforced concrete structures design. The structures were analyzed as three separate structures with each building analyzed using response spectrum. The structural system used for structure 1 is a dual system in the form of a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) and a Special Structural Wall System (SSWS) and the other structure is design as SMRFS. The results of the structural design are structural analysis and design of structural elements such as beams, columns, plates, and shear walls. For steel structures, the results of the design are the dimensions of the structural elements used and the connection configurations used.
