Summary: | Household waste is one type of waste that has a small scale when compared to the total waste, but in reality the waste originating from the household sector will continue to increase along with the increase in population every year. Children's toys are one of the wastes produced in the household, the need for children's toys that are not worrying makes some people tend to forget the impact on the environment after ending up in landfills. The children's toy waste can be reused into a new form that has a higher quality value using the upcycle method. Technological advances are increasingly developing and giving birth to new ideas that have an impact on the progress of modern fashion. Fashion products are no longer just a tool created to meet the needs of human clothing, but the combination of fashion and technology that is being developed can become higher levels. The application of sensor technology, motion, sound, light, temperature, to engineering technology in fashion products is carried out in order to achieve certain goals and needs. Mechatronics applied to wearable art fashion products will be a form of approach to the development of technology and fashion as well as an effort to utilize waste by conducting recycling activities on children's toy waste. |
