In dealing with such conditions, it is necessary to apply a responsive production planning system. One of the production planning activities is production scheduling. In this research, a smart scheduling system will be developed for the job-type operations based on web applications. Smart production scheduling is an independent production scheduling activity. They did it themselves without intervention of the production manager which can only be done if every production element has intelligence. Smart production elements have the ability to identify their own status and make their own decisions to design production scheduling alternatives independently. In this study, the production elements that were given intelligence were conventional lathes and products with cylindrical machining features. The modeling of production elements uses object-oriented modeling techniques. This research is the development of Suryandaru Martawirya's thesis entitled "Prototype of Conventional Lathe Working Status Monitoring System On Conventional Lathe Machine". The results of this thesis are real time working status data of conventional lathes which will be used as input for this scheduling system design. The working status of the machine is used as a trigger for the change of production events. Web application development is carried out using the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. text
