Description
Summary:Gojek Headquarter Office is a 12 floor building will be build in order to facilitate activities of Gojek Indonesia’s employees. This office build within a concept of Dynamic Work-Life Building. This office building will be built in an office area, precisely on Garnisun Street number 1, Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The building area of this office building is 20,565 m2. As the main component, this office building will also be equipped with a plumbing system consisting of a clean water system, waste water, recycled water, rain water, a ventilation system and a fire extinguishing system. The plumbing system design process is divided into 4 main stages starting from the preparation stage, data collection, data processing to finalization. The basics used in this design are the plumbing book by Soufyan and Morimura, INS 8153 2015 about Plumbing System for Housing and Building, and many more. The clean water plumbing system will utilize water from PALYJA with amount of 153.31 m3/day. Then, the greywater produced will be processed using local STP so that it can be used as recycled water. Recycled water also comes from rainwater which is treated using the same STP. Based on the intensity and rainfall values, the amount of rainwater that can be utilized is about 17 m3/day. Clean water and recycled water will be temporarily stored in the Ground Water Tank (WTP) and Roof Tank separately. Meanwhile, for waste water that cannot be reused, called blackwater, it will be channeled to building’s riol until city’s riol. For fire extinguisher systems, a combination between hydrants and sprinklers is used. This office building is also equipped with the installation of a green rooftop in an effort to realize a sustainable building. This entire system is designed to support all parties who will have activities in the Gojek Headquarters Office building in the future.
