Dinamis Co-Living is a 7-floor building with the collaboration concept of residential and office areas. The plumbing system designed includes a plumbing system for clean water, wastewater, vents, rainwater, fire extinguishers with SNI 8153:2015 about the Plumbing System as the design basis. The clean water and hot water systems use PDAM water sources, while the recycled water sources are treated from greywater. The water source is stored in a groundwater tank and a separate roof tank. The wastewater plumbing system is separated between greywater and blackwater, with the blackwater flows directly to the city riol pipe. The plumbing vent system uses a loop system that serves several horizontal pipes of wastewater. The rainwater plumbing system flows rainwater from the roof floor and is infiltrated into the ground by infiltration wells The fire fighting system uses a hydrant and a sprinkler system. PPR pipe type used for clean water, hot water, and recycled water because of the advantage of being flexible and able to flow water at high pressure and temperature. PVC pipe type used for wastewater, vents, and rainwater because of economical, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight. The fire extinguisher pipe uses a black steel pipe that can flow water at high pressure. The pipe diameter is determined based on the unit load of the plumbing equipment or other provisions of the plumbing equipment being served. The clean water and fire extinguisher diameter will get bigger toward the water source. Meanwhile, the diameter of the exhaust pipe, vent, and rainwater is designed to be the same or larger away from the source.
