Some stall owners have tried to sell online, but they are still having trouble managing online sales at their stalls. Through this research, the researcher wants to determine the problems faced by the stall owners in using digital technology, especially digital applications, as well as analyze and provide strategies to improve the economy of stall owners by using digital applications. The application used in this research was Warung Pintar application. The method used in this research was a qualitative method. The researcher conducted interviews with stall owners and compared the results of the interviews with the reviews existing on the Warung Pintar application to support the data obtained from the interviews. The results of this study stated that the stall owners had difficulty using Warung Pintar application due to the lack of understanding and the inability of the stall owners to use Warung Pintar application and the lack of information about Warung Pintar application. The strategy used in solving these problems was to increase digital literacy and understand the digital journey in using Warung Pintar application. This strategy can be implemented by providing seminars and webinars, workshops, and partner assistance for stall owners to improve their economy. text |
