Summary:Perum Perumnas is one of State-Owned Corporation (BUMN) which shaped as a public company (Perum) and focused to provide access on property for middle to low-income society. Based on SE-7/MBU/07/2020, Perum Perumnas have to implement AKHLAK as their new core values. From the implementation of AKHLAK core values, Perumnas created “Improve Productivity and Human Capital Competency” as their new initiative strategy. To deliver the strategy, Education & Training Department created programs which one of them is to aim improvement on the knowledge management implementation. The very first step to help Education & Training Department on achieving the improvement is to measure maturity level on knowledge management implementation that Perumnas have right now. Maturity measurement will be done subjectively using employee perception to assess the current condition for each indicator of the study. Furthermore, Asian Productivity Organization (APO) model will be used as a base-model on doing the study, which later will be supported by two supporting dimensions from International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) model. From the calculation, it was later found that the level of maturity from knowledge management implementation at Perumnas right now is at refinement level. Moreover, from the maturity assessment it was also found that the PPL6 (Pembentukan Tim Lintas Divisi) as an indicator that are going to be focused on this improvement study. Improvement suggestion to solve the problem at the indicator is to create Communities of Practices (CoP) virtually as a platform to serve employee when facing a blocker in a work, and also to serve as a platform to share ideas, experience, and innovation among the employee. The initiative of creating CoP is also accompanied by CoP management team suggestion to structurize CoP management. In addition to that, a project charter also created to socialize CoP among the employee so it can be used widely.
