In order to present local culture of marine fleet, local government initiate Body Boat Alteration and Addition, or it’s called as Rehabilitation (Grant Boat) of The Phinisi Ship which is one of World Cultural Herigate by Unisco. The author using multiple tools to determine cost of Alteration and Addition versus of economic domino affects by using Internal rate return (IRR), Discount rate and Net Present Value (NPV). Based on legal regulation, the author generate risk might occurs pre-construction, during and post construction divide by 4 level of risk level which are low risk, middle risk, high risk and extreme risk. Further more operation expenses analysis produce 4 scenarios number of passanger to ensure profitability Indeks (PI) on positive number and constraint time of Payback periode on numer of year / month. Initial investment cost to be paid in 1 year operational cost also contribute of expenses value reach Rp. 562.276.000, so in total 1st year, value reach Rp. 980.000.000, and on 1st year expenses around Rp. 1.524.276.000. st Within 5 year of operation, either 4 scenarios number of passanger which are 1 scenario 5-9 passenger, 3 st scenario 1-4 passenger, 2 nd 15-20 passenger, calculated positive number interm of Internal rate ratio, Net Present Value and Profitability index. The author, believe above cost calculation impact to regional economic calculations such as micro economic sector and so on. Furthermore intangble aspect such as social aspect, cultural aspect, environmental aspect, and so on also should be increase together. rd 10-14 passenger and 4t text |
