Summary:PT Kotak Merah is one of Indonesia's leading multidiscipline consultant companies. After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, the construction industry in Indonesia was also impacted by a 20.92% decline in construction price growth in Indonesia. Ofcourse, this also affects PT Kotak Merah, which is part of the construction industry value chain. The presence of COVID-19 is also a catalyst for change across the construction industry. For this reason, PT Kotak Merah needs to develop new strategies to deal with the storm of change once the pandemic is over and the new normal begins. This research would use qualitative analysis from primary and secondary data. From the collected data, the external and internal analysis to identify Opportunity (0), Threat (T), Strength (S), and Weakness (W) as strategy formulation. The framework for external analysis would use PESTEL Analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, and Competitor Analysis, hence for internal analysis would use STP Analysis, Marketing Mix, and VRIO Analysis frameworks. The strategic planning for PT Kotak Merah's business strategy would be further analyzed with the TOWS matrix to get appropriate action after the pandemic situation for PT Kotak Merah.
