One of them is to satisfy consumer expectations that make beverage business become more consumer-focused. The significant difficulties that must be handled are the clients' various desires for diverse high-quality products. Companies in the beverage industry that can innovate will successfully attract customers. Therefore, it is clear that beverage business should make significant innovations that develop both inside and outside of the organization. Generating innovation through collaboration business models that can create an innovation by utilizing the value of Vecth and partners’ is required to address the issue of Vecth's existing business model not being the ideal at achieving customer loyalty since it only uses internal factors like RnD product, HR, and high-quality materials to engage the customer. The process of formulating the innovation in business models begins with adapting the theory of collaboration in sustainable business model, innovation concept in business model, and the process of customer engagement. The market research in examining the customer preference of collaboration for enhancing consumer experience through purposive sampling interview method gives insight on the proposed innovation in business model for Vecth. The proposed innovation contains Vecth business model activity in terms of content, structure, government, and value offered. To optimize the ability to acquire customers and revenue, Vecth uses a collaborative approach as an illustration of a technique to create scale-up solution as the core component for a long-lasting business model.
