Summary:Japan has the third largest economy in the world by GDP in 2022. With high GDP strength, Japan is included in the top five for foreign direct investment in Indonesia where in the first quarter of 2020 it has invested USD 0.6 million. Japan is also participating in the high-speed train project by investing USD 3.5 million for feasibility study process in 2008. Through the Mossi Corporation Jakarta Representative Office as the representative office of Mossi Corporation Tokyo, Japan continues to invest and participate in projects from the government. Mossi Corporation Jakarta Representative Office in 2021 has transformed the organization's vision into a consulting company for the Mossi group of companies in Indonesia where initially this organization business process mostly consist of administrative works. This presents challenges for the achievement of new companies and the need for identification of organizational health to know the gap between the company's current condition and the goals to be achieved. The evaluation was carried out using the Organizational Health Index (OHI) method created by McKinsey. Based on the OHI evaluation resulted that the Mossi Corporation Jakarta Representative Office has a “Good” criteria on the market focus and leadership driven. However, there are two archetypes still in “Fair” criteria such as execution edge and knowledge core. In order to improve the organization, author proposed corporate culture improvement by implementing change management based on a human resource management approach and reorganizing structure.
