Summary:Based on the ranking version of the university in Indonesia by SIMKATMAWA in 2019, it stated that the University of Gadjah Mada, University of Indonesia, and Institute of Technology Bandung as the top 3 universities in Indonesia based on the student affairs performance that involved students achievement by the competition. Regarding student affairs performance, it is highly related to the management system in student affairs especially to manage and encourage competition for the students to improve the university achievement and performance. As one of the best business schools in Indonesia, SBM ITB has the intention to develop and improve its student affairs management system to create more achievement in the business competition. This research paper will describe and elaborate on the criteria and also the framework that is suitable for SBM ITB to improve its student affairs performance by using an integrated talent management framework. Furthermore, the researcher also does the benchmarking analysis that compares the student affairs program among the best business schools in Indonesia which are the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Indonesia and the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Gadjah Mada. Based on the benchmarking results with the qualitative approach, the researcher come up with the integrated talent management system that consists of talent strategy and planning through Tracking Method System (TSM), talent acquisition through mirroring concept, bootcamp and talent pool, student performance management through a specific website, training & development through alumni, senior and practitioner, succession planning & identifying through dean faculty report and last is total awards through funding for pre-competition, incentive and social media publication.
