Summary:The building design is done for Ibis Style Candiland Semarang Hotel consisting of 11 floors and 3 semi-basements. The building is designed as building frame system with special reinforced concrete shear walls with loads based on SNI 1727:2020 and earthquake resistance planning is carried out based on SNI 1726:2019. Preliminary design calculations were performed manually while the modelling and structural analysis were performed using ETABS. Geotechnical design is carried out based on SNI 8460:2017. Secant pile is used as retaining wall with permanent ground anchor for the reinforcement which is modelled and analysed using PLAXIS 2D. The foundation used is raft foundation with analysis carried out manually to obtain soil bearing capacity and further analysis using ETABS program to analyse axial, lateral, and settlement that occur in the foundation. Construction management that will be planned includes site layout design, details of the work breakdown structure, methods of construction from preparation work, soil, substructure, and superstructure, as well as preparation of construction implementation schedule and construction cost estimation. The construction method used in this building is bottom-up method
