PT Astra International Tbk is a conglomerate company in Indonesia. Every year, the company arranges the InnovAstra program, an innovation program for all Astra Group companies. It is one of Astra's initiatives to develop human resources. InnovAstra Program is a responsibility of Astra Management Development Institute (AMDI) division which supervises the Knowledge Management Department, Leadership Development, and Knowledge Management. To improve the innovation projects quality in Astra, the Management Knowledge Department is vital in optimizing the use of knowledge in all of Astra Group's companies. There is a need for a centralized knowledge sharing system in Astra to optimize the use of knowledge in all companies. However, in initiative conduction, a small-scale one should be done at first, based on the company culture. Therefore, this research aims to offer a knowledge sharing system design in the Knowledge Management Department of PT Astra International Tbk. Knowledge sharing system design uses an Integrated KM cycle framework. In the stage of knowledge capture and creation, there is a process-based knowledge map APQC utilization. The mapping result identifies that 95 knowledge are needed to conduct nine projects plus routines for the Knowledge Management Department. In the stage of knowledge sharing and dissemination, there is corporate yellow pages usages. In the stage of knowledge acquisition and application, the semantic network method specifies the mapped knowledge.
