To support the development of tourism, it is planned to build a resort in Lagoi Bay, Bintan Regency. The planned resort needs to be accompanied by planned supporting facilities to support the operation of the resort itself. Drainage system plans and rainwater harvesting are part of the planned supporting facilities. The design rainfall was analyzed using the Gumbel Method. In the calculation of river flood discharge and drainage channels, a 25-year return period of 291.73 mm of rain is used. The planned flood discharge used the SCS-USA method. Reservoir routing has been calculated to generate a flood hydrograph with a peak discharge 5.9 m3/s. Through the HEC-RAS 6.1 modelling, the river adjustments are planned by considering the site plan with a capacity that is able to accommodate peak discharge and tides. Water surface elevation of the river is determined as a reference for drainage planning. In calculating the drainage channel, the Rational Method is used to obtain the design discharge and the Manning Method is used to obtain the dimensions of the channel. The channel is in the form of precast concrete U-Ditch with the largest dimensions reaching 60 x 80 cm. The flood modeling with additional channel discharge in HEC-RAS 6.1 is performed to ensure that the drainage channel design can drain by gravity and does not cause flooding. Through analyzing the modeling results by comparing the channel bottom elevation and water surface river elevation, prove that the planned drainage can drain all the excess water by gravity. Rainwater harvesting units are designed according to the needs of each building and the rainwater storage is planned with 8000 and 11000-Liter tank. Rainwater harvesting storage can meet the water needs with an average proportion of 95%. Rainwater harvesting can also reduce runoff volume by 33%. The budget plan for river channel changes, rainwater harvesting, and drainage system construction is Rp. 25,187,5080,000.00. text |
