In 2021, SSM was founded by 3 lawyers in the midst of pandemic covid 19 situation. During their journey, SSM founders want to explore the needs of legal issues that may be covered in the digital era. Afterwards, the idea of making a new business entity namely Call My Lawyer that will approach the customer by creating a digital law service provider. Call My Lawyer is a business idea that provides many different law services that provide consultation from the lawyer in digital appearance like website and application. This final project focuses on analyzing the opportunities in the law digital era and choosing the target segmentation and target market for the new service CML. This research focusing on findings the opportunity of law service in digital era, and researcher will analyze the potential customer segment and their target customer which finalize with effective marketing using marketing mix strategy This research will be conducted using interview from the potential target market that located in DKI Jakarta
