D’Warehouse is a company name that has its target market of small business enterprises and business owners. During the pandemic, many business sectors have been highly affected by the Covid-19 which leads to creating new challenges for the business owners. People's behavior is one of many challenges that may have appeared and resulted in a significant impact. Business owners need to adapt and adjust their attitudes towards the new challenges. To adapt to the new challenges, this research will study the customer's need for warehousing fulfillment services using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study framework is used quantitative and qualitative methods which consist of internal and external analysis. STP and Strength & Weakness are part of the internal analysis while competitor analysis, PESTLE, and opportunity & threat are part of an external analysis that would be used. In terms of AHP analysis, the data will be collected from competitor analysis and constructing customers survey. Customers will give their preferences towards warehouse fulfillment service features. Customers' surveys will be analyzed to produce a strategy based on customers' needs for the warehouse fulfillment service features. The AHP results will illustrate the answer to which aspects may be the most important aspects to the least important aspects. Those result lists will be defined further as part of the strategy in terms of selecting service features. Therefore, the AHP result is expected to be a strategy for business implementation. text
