Summary:PT X is a transportation service provider company specializing in delivering liquid cargo transported using a tanker transportation mode. The delivery contract fulfillment activity is the main and important business process at PT X. However, currently, PT X's delivery contract fulfillment activity is considered inefficient by PT X due to the manual process that results in the current business process requiring a long processing time, the process is complicated, the flow of information is not clear, the assignment of drivers is done arbitrary and other factors that arise because the process is done manually. Therefore, research was conducted to design an information system to support delivery contract fulfillment activities at PT X, including modeling decision models for the case of driver assignment. In designing information systems, the Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST) methodology will be used. For the case of driver assignment, the decision model will be designed by referring to the combination of the AHP-TOPSIS method with the criteria and the importance of the criteria that have been agreed upon by the company. The information system design stage includes determining the scope, determining system improvement objectives, determining driver assignment criteria, needs analysis, mapping proposed business processes, designing driver assignment decision models, process modeling, data modeling to designing information system prototypes. This research resulted in driver assignment decision model, design of the information system, and user interface prototype for four system users. The design of the information system and prototype were verified with functional requirements and validated by the company. The designed information system can automate and digitize delivery contract fulfillment activities at PT X. The use of information systems can carry out driver assignments objectively, eliminate various inefficient manual processes, clarify information flow, provide better data storage, minimize potential errors and time required for recording, storing, and creating documents, as well as enable data access and real-time monitoring of contract progress by various authorized users.
