Description
Summary:The Sua Loka Apartment project is a residence that utilizes land located on Jalan Baranangsiang, Bandung City. This project is intended as a vertical upward housing to answer the problem of land availability in urban areas, especially in Bandung City. In the design stage, the designed plumbing system must be in accordance with SNI 8153-2015 concerning Plumbing Systems in Buildings. The plumbing system designed is a clean water system, wastewater, vent pipes, rainwater, and water for fire prevention in accordance with SNI 03-3989-2000. The clean water system designed uses a water source through PDAM Tirtawening with a discharge of 72 m3/day. The clean water supply will use a roof tank system by being accommodated first in the lower reservoir with a capacity of 24 m3. Water will be flowed from the lower reservoir using a transfer pump to the upper reservoir with a capacity of 11 m3. Then, the water will be distributed to each plumbing device in the unit using gravity and booster pumps. The required discharge for recycled water is 21.6 m3/day. The recycled water system uses the same system as clean water so that the lower reservoir capacity is 8 m3 and the upper reservoir capacity is 4 m3. Used water generated from floor drains, sinks, and lavatory using shaft units from each room is then collected on the 1st-floor ceiling to flow to the WWTP. The discharge of used water generated is 57.6 m3/day. The dirty water system uses the same distribution system as the used water produced. Dirty water produced by toilets and urinals will go directly to the septic tank for the separation process of sludge and effluent produced. The dirty water discharge itself is 15.12 m3/day. The vent system used is a vent loop system with a service of 8 plumbing devices. The rainwater system uses the concept of water conservation and applies zero runoff as an environmental carrying capacity. Rainwater runoff entering the Sua Loka Apartment building area will flow into the gutter, roof drain or balcony drain, horizontal pipe, unit standpipe, collective pipe, main standpipe, then into the yard gutter channel. Rainwater located in the yard gutter will be directed to infiltration wells as a water conservation concept and the rest will be directed to the city drainage channel. Rainwater trapped in the basement will be channeled by the basement gutter to the sump pit to be pumped into the courtyard gutter. The fire fighting system at Sua Loka Apartment is a light fire system. The systems used are automatic sprinkler systems, building hydrants, yard hydrants, and fire extinguishers. The fire reservoir has a capacity of 157.5 m3.
