Description
Summary:This student residential building is an 8-storey residential project designed to accommodate students, students, and young-adult executives in Jatinangor. The design includes the piping system for clean water, wastewater, rain water, and vent, tank capacity and piping dimensions, as well as draft budgeting by processing the secondary data obtained. The clean water is sourced by ground water for 46.68 m3/day with addition of an aquifer repleneshing system using rainwater. The clean water storage system operates with ground water tanks and roof tanks located on the basement and the highest floor of the building. The wastewater goes directly to the STP and septic tank before being discharged safely into the environment or drained periodically. The vent system goes straight off the top of the building. The rainwater all streams through the pipes to the rainwater harvesting tank using gravity to then be streamed to the recharge shaft by gravity as well. This rainwater utilization system promote the provision of clean water, help reduce runoff, and ensure the reliability of clean water supply in buildings suppose there's drought season. These systems are set forth in the form of a report, an engineered design, and a draft budgeting.
