WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR, PT DIRGANTARA INDONESIA PLANS TO AUTOMATE ONE OF ITS PRODUCTION LINES, NAMELY THE DURAL LINE. DURAL LINE IS PART OF THE SURFACE TREATMENT AREA, WHERE PREVIOUSLY RESEARCH HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT ON THIS PRODUCTION LINE ON THE DESIGN OF THE MOTION CONTROL OF THE CRANE. THIS STUDY SEEKS TO BUILD A PROTOTYPE MONITORING SYSTEM ON A CLOUD-BASED DURAL LINE WITH AN IOT SYSTEM. THE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT METHOD USED IN THIS RESEARCH IS THE PROTOTYPING METHOD. THE METHOD USED IN THIS STUDY WILL BE ADJUSTED TO THE RESULTS OF INTERVIEWS AND INFORMATION FROM PTDI, THE CONSIDERATIONS OF THE SUPERVISOR AND PREVIOUS RESEARCH. THE RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH PRODUCE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURES THAT ARE USED TO PRODUCE A PRODUCTION MONITORING PROCESS ON A CLOUD-BASED DURAL LINE. THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE HARDWARE IS USED TO COMMUNICATE BETWEEN DEVICES AND CONNECT DATA TO THE INTERNET. THE SOFTWARE USED IS TO SEND DATA TO THE INTERNET.
