However, since the Covid-19 pandemic, Puntang Coffee has experienced fluctuations in its sales. Based on the results of interviews with the owner, owner feels that there are various problems that are the root of Puntang Coffee’s fluctuation in sales. Some of them are employee development that has not been maximized, poor marketing quality, and production process productivity that is difficult to improve. The business processes carried out by the company have also not been researched and examined regarding the risks from the relevant stakeholders that may have an adverse effect on the existing problems. This means that there is uncertainty that can hinder the achievement of the company's strategic goals. The purpose of this study is to design a risk mitigation strategy that may come from stakeholders on the company's business processes. The study was conducted using a stakeholder-based risk management methodology and the House of Risk model. The stages begin with the identification of the company's strategic objectives, mapping of core business processes, assessment and calculation of stakeholder attributes and risks in core business processes, and design of mitigation strategies for priority risks. The research provides results in the form of 66 core business processes in which 8 stakeholders are bound. The identified core business processes and stakeholders resulted in 65 risks which were finally reduced to 22 priority risks. The final result of this research are 10 risk mitigation strategies in the form of program design. In general, the program design includes developing product and marketing research, developing customer handling procedures, developing product demand forecasting methods, and designing operational procedure manuals for workers to handle orders. text
