Summary:The Grid: Gedebage Millennial Residential Complex is fictional building, designed as co-living residence to deliver the needs of millennials and located in Gedebage, Bandung. This complex consists of 2 towers and a connected basement. It has a basement floor as park area, a ground floor as commercial area, and each 9 floors of Tower A and 8 floors of Tower B as residential area. The highest elevation of Tower A at 36,9 meters and Tower B at 33,9 meters, meanwhile the lowest elevation is in the basement level at -3,12 meters. This final project focuses on designing structural scope of the buildings based on SNI 1727:2020 on Minimum Design Loads and Related Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures, SNI 1726:2019 on Procedures for Earthquake Resistant Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures, and SNI 2847:2019 on Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings. The building structure is designed using reinforced concrete material. The opted structural system is dual system, consisting of Special Moment Frames System and Special Shear Walls System that resisting minimum 25 percent of the specified seismic force. The building was modelled using ETABS 2018 version software. Structural analysis was carried out using two-stages analysis in which the structure is assumed to be fixed on the ground floor. From the structural analysis, the results obtained that the structure of the building has horizontal irregularity type 1a, 1b, 2, 4, and vertical irregularity type 2. The results of reinforcement detailing design consist of 16 types of beam, 8 types of column, 13 types of shear wall, and a type of slab.
