CV CSM has implemented the concept of industry 4.0, where the company's ERP is used as a tool to integrate company documents. In connection with the development of industry 4.0, CV CSM has a vision to achieve corporate sustainability, especially in its environmental elements. CV CSM is concerned about air quality conditions on the production floor, where CNC machines produce air pollution which is feared to have a negative impact on operators in the future. CV CSM has implemented a solution, to use a blower that is activated manually by stakeholders when it is felt that the air condition on the production floor is deteriorating, but this solution is considered not to have a significant impact on the air quality. Because of that, CV CSM need a measurement tool that can help its stakeholders to determine the condition of air quality on the production floor in real-time and based on IoT. In this study, an IoT-based air quality control and monitoring system was designed. This research was completed by designing a system using an IoT architectural model, namely the FOG layer, where the system implemented a closed-loop control system. The system design is carried out using hardware and software that supports the process of monitoring and controlling air quality on the production floor. From the results of system design, a monitoring system is obtained with the final result in the form of a dashboard that displays data in real-time, and a control system indicated by the condition of the actuator of the system. From the air quality monitoring and control system, CV CSM have a knowledge about the production 2 floor actual conditions and obtain reference data from the measurement results to make improvements to the production floor. text
