Summary:GOR Pajajaran is designed to have 4 floors and 2 basements with its function as office building, and parking lots. This building is designed using multiple structural systems, with Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) and Special Structural Wall System for the reinforced concrete and Special Concentrically Braced Frame (SCBFs) for the steel component. This structure is located in Bogor City. The structural design is based on the following code, SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 7860:2020 for the earthquake-resisting structure analysis, SNI 2847:2019 for the calculation of reinforced concrete detailing and capacity, SNI 1729:2020 for the calculation of steel capacity and connection, and SNI 1727:2020 for the design load standards used in the analysis.
