In order to utilizing and expanding the availability of spatial data and information must be supported by development of spatial data infrastructure that can give information about availability of easy and timely access to spatial data. One of part in National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) function is development of spatial data Clearinghouse. The base of development is building access to spatial data producer distributed servers through the internet. Geonetwork Opensource is software that provides powerful metadata storing, editing and search function of spatially referenced resources through the web. Geonetwork is attracting considerable for data producers and other geographic community to developing the Clearinghouse system in own fieldwork. |
