Summary:Sports activities have an essential role in maintaining human health. Physical activity carried out while exercising can improve physical fitness (Darmawan, 2017). Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA) is the prima donna of the people in Bandung because the building commonly used for football matches. It is just that the surrounding community cannot use the facilities at the stadium because the function of the building is not as a public sport. Therefore, the GBLA Public Multisport Building was designed to facilitate the surrounding community to do sport activities. The GBLA Public Multisport Building will be built near the GBLA Stadium. Later, this area can become an icon of recreation and sports for the Bandung city. The existing data contain architectural and landscape design of the GBLA Public Multisport Building. To follow up on the design, it is necessary for writer to design an integrated geotechnical, structural, and management planning and construction engineering aspect. This final project will focus on planning aspects of construction engineering and management. Specifically carried out for planning the construction implementation method, calculating the volume of work required, scheduling the entire project, calculating cost estimates, and planning the s curve. In this final project, the implementation method is reviewed based on the project conditions. The areas of work discussed are preparatory work, earthwork, substructure work, superstructure work, and roof truss work. The software used is Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, and Ms Project. Based on the results of the design that has been carried out, the total building area is 15,530 m2. The specific implementation method planned for this project is soil improvement using Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD), Preloading and Lifting of steel roof trusses. Scheduling results obtained that the overall project duration is 665 days carried out by 240 workers. The calculation of the estimated cost in this project divided by conceptual estimation and detailed estimation. Based on the calculation of the conceptual estimate, the cost is Rp. 168,817,390,193.00 (Scope of work are preparation work, soil, substructure, superstructure, architecture, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). As for the calculation of detailed estimates, the Budget Plan (RAB) was obtained in the amount of Rp. 165,174,932,779.36 (Scope of work are preparation work, land, upper structure, and lower structure). Based on these results, it is found that the detailed estimation calculation is smaller than the conceptual estimate. This happen iv because the calculated scope is different from the conceptual one, by not including MEP and Architecture calculations. As for the construction costs per building area of Rp 10,635,861.74 per m2.
