Summary: | </i><b>Abstract: </b><p align="justify"><i><br />This thesis studies the design of the integration of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (CADA) and Management lnrjormalion System (MIS) for controlling natural gas distribution in West Java area.<br />The integration design employes a client-server architecture to access and process data from SCADA system. 7o improve data and processing security of SCADA system, the design utilize access restricting inside the SCADA and packet filtering on the gateway thai links data communication networks of both systems.<br />Field test of design and prototype indicate that integration system provide faster time reponse, better reliabilty and compare with those as stand alone system. |
