Summary: | a building that has 5 main floors with structural materials that use reinforced concrete for the elements of floor plates, beams, and columns—as well as steel material for the roof of the building in the form of space truss. Then, the food court & parking building is a building consisting of 2 main floors and 2 basement floors, with structural materials using reinforced concrete for all structural elements. The two building structures are classified into the seismic design category (KDS) D according to the soil category and earthquake acceleration data around the building site. Therefore, the structural system used for the two building structures is the Special Moment Resistant Frame Structure (SRPMK).
The design of the two building structures uses the structural design standards applicable in Indonesia, namely the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 1726:2019 for the design and analysis of earthquake-resistant building structures, SNI 1727:2020 for standard loading structures, SNI 2847:2019 for the design of detailing structural elements reinforced concrete, and SNI 1729:2020 for the design of steel elements on the roof structure of the station building. The structural design was carried out using software assistance in the form of SAP2000 for modeling the structure of the station building, ETABS for modeling the structure of the food court & parking building, and SpColumn for determining the detailing of the reinforcement of column elements in both buildings.
