The most common analysis is the FMECA method for engineering design in preliminary design. The purpose of this report is to show the results of the reliability analysis of the roller rig mechanism subsystem on the roller rig using the FMECA method. Then determine the criticality level of the components in the roller rig mechanism subsystem and the last is to make recommendations for components with a high critical level. The methodology used in this report is a literature study by conducting an FMEA analysis first and then performing the criticality level of the components to be analyzed. Then make recommendations for treatment to prevent failure. This report contains the analysis results of the components contained in the roller rig mechanism subsystem, namely rollers, tapered roller bearings, gearboxes, and constant velocity drive shafts. Then, components with a high criticality level have been determined with almost all failures experiencing non-standard criticality levels, and recommendations have been made for components with high criticality levels. text
