Creative Digital Office South Jakarta is a building located in Setiabudi, South Jakarta. This building is used as a lobby on the 1-2 floor and as an office on the floor above with a 3 m depth basement. Located on soft soil (SE) and having seismik risk, the structure is designed according to applicable regulations, including SNI 1727-2020 on Minimum Loads for Design of Buildings and Other Structures, SNI 1726-2019 on Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resistance for Building Structures Building and Non-Building, and SNI 2847-2019 on Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings. This building structure is designed with a structural system of a building frame system with special reinforced concrete shear walls to withstand earthquake loads. Modeling of reinforced concrete structures using ETABS 18 software. Based on the structural forces, the reinforcement detailing result in several types of slabs, beams, columns, beam-column joints, and shear walls. There is a transfer slab and mushroom structure element on the 3rd floor slab which functions to support the column above it which is not continuous.
