Construction engineering management design includes work breakdown structure, determination of construction implementation methods, quantification of work volume, preparation of project schedules, project cost estimates, and project s curves. The construction method used is the bottom up construction method, where the counterfort wall serves as a retaining wall.
Based on data analysis and processing, the cost of this project is Rp 155.340.700.000 with cost per building area is Rp 5.557.000. Construction timeline will last for 396 calendar days, starting from 16th January 2023 until 15th February 2024. |
