This building consists of basements, podiums, office tower, and also apartment tower.
Construction management design includes work breakdown structure, determination of construction implementation methods, occupational safety and health management, work volume quantification, project schedule, project cost estimation, and project S curve. The construction method used is a bottom-up construction method, where the secant pile which functions as a retaining wall uses selected basement slab reinforcement.
Based on data analysis processing, cost of this project is Rp 437.835.242.000,00 with cost per square meter is Rp 6.385.346,71. Construction timeline will last for 446 calendar days, starting from 1st September 2022 until 2nd February 2024. |
