INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG https://digilib.itb.ac.id/gdl/view/69038 In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has been declared a global pandemic. This certainly has an impact in all areas of life, both in the fields of health, economy, social, and education. In the field of education, the pandemic has caused learning that is usually done in schools to be based on distance learning to suppress the spread of COVID-19. The learning is carried out using electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, and smart phones. This learning certainly has several positive impacts on learning activities. Among them, ease of access to learning media can be maximized to provide in-depth understanding to students, more communication that occurs between teachers and students, flexibility in the implementation of learning activities, etc. However, there are still many regions in Indonesia that do not yet have adequate infrastructure to implement distance learning. To support the transformation of digital education in areas that do not yet have adequate infrastructure, especially in 3T areas, a digital learning support system is designed for 3T areas. The system consists of a mobile server, power bank, and charging station. The mobile server is a component to support the learning process in the classroom, which consists of transferring learning media, carrying out assignments and exams, and evaluating student learning performance. Meanwhile, power banks and charging stations will be used to support power storage for devices, especially in areas that do not have stable electricity. In this book, we will explain more about the charging station design. text |
