Description
Summary:One of the government's programs to improve the economy after the pandemic, is to develop the tourism sector. In the development of tourism there are 3 important things, Amenities, Attractions and Accessibility. Airline support is urgently needed by the government in increasing accessibility to tourist destinations in Indonesia, which are spread across several islands. On the other hand, Airline also has an interest in optimizing its aircraft, in order to provide benefits for the company. This study aims to bridge the two interests, both from the government and the airline side, by trying to see the optimization of the Regional Jet (CRJ 1000), in supporting the development of accessibility to these tourist destinations. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Jet (CRJ 1000) can be optimized and supports the accessibility development program to priority tourist destinations launched by the government. With 7 aircraft, the CRJ 1000 can serve 23 routes from cities with the highest GRDP to priority tourist destinations. Utilization can reach 10.13 hours and provides benefits for the airline (Positive Total Route Result).
