Summary: | Jalan Cibadak is one of the roads in the city of Bandung which is the center
of destination at night and during the day. The location is already quite slum, so it
is necessary to revitalize the location while still having two main functions, housing
and shopping center. So Guyub Teduh Residence is a building that fulfills this
function. The building design will meet the requirements for an earthquakeresistant
building structure so that the building does not suffer damage that can take
people lifes if an earthquake occurs. In this case, construction management
engineering is needed to plan the project delivering methods, estimate project cost
and schedule of the project so the project will meet the targets, which are time, cost
and quality.
In this paper, writer will explain about the construction delivering methods
that is in accordance with the project conditions that has sand-soil with a high
ground water level and at a highly densed area. This paper will explain the process
of quanitity take off using Tekla Structures, conducting direct and indirect cost and
the process to get the project duration. Then, this project plan will be analysed based
on one similar project data so It will meet the project targets which is 21 months of
project duration and Rp 208.605.000 of project value.
