Summary:The COVID-19 pandemic has led to the emergence of several new adaptation habits related to personal hygiene circulating in the community based on directions from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health of each country, in Indonesia the habits recommended by the Ministry of Health include the habit of always wearing a mask at all times when you want to go outside, the habit of always washing your hands when you want to enter a room, to the habit of always taking a shower when you come home from a trip, both near and far and the habit to always wash your clothes after going outside. The purpose of the study was to find a correlation or relationship between the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia with development of sanitation habits and awareness, especially in the field of personal hygiene. Data on habits related to personal hygiene were obtained using a questionnaire method that required 100 samples, data on new adaptation habits would be obtained from questionnaire. All data that has been obtained will later be processed with SPSS software to find a correlation between the COVID-19 pandemic and the development of sanitation habits and awareness in the community in the city of Bandung. Data processing on the SPSS software itself is carried out with various stages of testing including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing and correlation testing. The results of this study found that there was a correlation or relationship between the development of habits and sanitation awareness in the personal hygiene field with the COVID-19 pandemic.
